Rupert is an AHPRA registered Psychologist who enjoys working with people of all ages. He prioritises developing a trusting therapeutic relationship, built on a foundation of safety, respect, and care for all clients. Rupert adopts a collaborative approach when supporting clients to meet their therapy goals, and utilises a number of evidence-based therapy models, including:
• Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
• TF-Focused Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (TF-CBT)
• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
• Attachment Theory
• Practice Coaching
• Mindfulness based therapies.
Rupert has experience working with clients of all ages, with a particular focus on treating children with neurodevelopmental disorders, and war-related survivors of trauma. Rupert has experience working with the following issues:
• Anxiety and other anxiety-disorders such as OCD
• PTSD
• Depression
• Neurodevelopmental disorders such as ASD
